Hatco Corporation is a unique producer and marketer of specialty chemicals, combining advanced technology in chemistry with high volume precision manufacturing to meet commercial challenges and bring real value to our clients. For over
60 years, Hatco has been a reliable source of custom
manufacturing and design of specialty esters for synthetic lubricants, specialty plasticizers, personal care products, and other
application for major corporations worldwide.
Our commitment to quality and service has allowed us to exceed our clients expectations and build true partnerships that have endured time.
Design Your Own Ester
For this reason
many of our clients find it best to define their performance
expectations for a synthetic lubricant and let Hatco select,
blend, or even custom design a new ester tailored to meet those
expectations. This approach allows you to create the ideal ester
by defining its intended function, rather than trying to pick an
ester from a chart of physical properties alone. With
literally hundreds of different esters or ester blends to choose
from, selecting the exact right ester for your application can
be a formidable and perilous task. Hatco has been designing and
manufacturing esters specifically for synthetic lubricants for
over 50 years and has both the resources and capability to
assist you in this process.
